Cleveland County Chamber Member Benefit Package
Cleveland County Chamber members
with fewer than 25 employees may contract with EAP-C to offer Employee
Assistance Program Services to their employees and their employees' immediate
family members. Normally, this type of benefit would not be
available to smaller businesses or companies but through the
cooperative effort of the Chamber and EAP-C, business owners may choose
to provide low-cost mental health counseling benefits for themselves and
their employees. Not only is the employee covered by this
service, but all members of the employee's immediate family are covered
as well. Benefits include five (5) free counselings sessions for
each family member per incident. Indivduals may be seen for
counseling regarding job and other life stress, marital and family counseling,
depression and anxiety, parenting difficulties, substance abuse and many
other issues. Children in the family are also eligible for counseling regarding
problems they might be having in school or with peers, depression,
anxiety and other childhood issues.
Cost of this program is a nominal $25 per employee per year.
This fee covers the employee and all immediate family members.
